Hello, I'm Audrey Hovis!

I have been in education for the past 15 years. I began my career in education from humble beginnings as an elementary school bus driver and a teacher assistant at Norris Childers Elementary School. I quickly knew that I wanted to further my career and teach. I had the pleasure of teaching Career and Technical Education at Fred T. Foard High School for many years and was later promoted to assistant principal. I have had the honor to have experienced administration at all three academic levels. I served at Maiden Elementary School as assistant principal, Southwest Middle School as assistant principal, Holbrook Middle School as the principal, and Cherryville Elementary School as the principal.

 

I am also one of the baby nursery’s room coordinators during the second service at Covenant Church. I love to spend time with my family on adventures to the mountains or beach, playing putt putt, church activities, and photography. I love to collect turtles from our many adventures. I look forward to building positive relationships with your families and sharing the love of Jesus and learning with your babies!
